check for ability to operate in Canada

| As part of the Marine Cross Country
team, drivers are trained in the special needs of the marine industry.
They work with the loading crews to ensure the cargo is loaded safely
and correctly. The load will be monitored throughout transport to
prevent damages. They will assist in unloading as the final phase
of delivering the boats for a trouble free delivery. |
| Our drivers understand the importance
of meeting schedules. On time pick-up and delivery is part of our
standard customer service. Dealers are notified in a timely manner
of incoming deliveries. |
| Drivers are rated each month on their
performance through a Customer Satisfaction Survey left with each
dealer on delivery. |
